Rokokbet Platform Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Rokokbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "rokokbet"), the operator of the online gaming services accessible at rokokbet.cam and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the rokokbet platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer tables, lottery products, and customer support interactions.

By accessing the rokokbet platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Rokokbet reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the rokokbet platform, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using a recognised Malaysian payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or resulting winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are approved.
• "Services" means collectively all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any other gaming activities available on the rokokbet platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the rokokbet platform.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on rokokbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. Rokokbet enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any other person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from rokokbet or any affiliated platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of rokokbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Rokokbet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any application for account registration without providing a reason, and to close any account that no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out above.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the rokokbet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, the voiding of all bonuses, and the forfeiture of any balance derived from bonus activity.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. Rokokbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

You must notify rokokbet support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Rokokbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

Rokokbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation (including, but not limited to, a copy of a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement) as part of enhanced KYC procedures at any time and for any account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rokokbet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are processed via the following supported payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Rokokbet does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment account used for deposits must match the registered name on your rokokbet account.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Rokokbet aims to process e-wallet withdrawal requests (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes, and DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are target processing times and are not contractually guaranteed.

Rokokbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending the outcome of any fraud, security, or responsible gambling investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, loyalty rewards, and VIP incentives offered by rokokbet are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to this general Agreement. Players are strongly advised to review promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all rokokbet promotions unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms:

• Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new players registering their first account. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering multipliers typically range from X10 to X30 and will be clearly stated in each promotion.
• The maximum permitted bet while using active bonus funds is MYR 500 per round or transaction, unless a lower cap is specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games and live dealer games may contribute between 0% and 20% — contribution rates are specified in each promotion.
• Bonus funds expire within the period specified in each promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Player's balance.
• Rokokbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Betting Rules & Conduct

All bets placed on the rokokbet platform — whether on sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, Serie A, UFC, and others), casino games, live dealer tables, or lottery products — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, available within the platform.

Rokokbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed in error or resulted from a system malfunction, technical error, or incorrect odds published due to human or software error;
• Where there is evidence that the outcome of an event was known at the time the bet was placed;
• Where the bet was placed by a Player who was ineligible to participate in the relevant market;
• Where the bet relates to a market that was closed or suspended at the time of placement.

Rokokbet's decisions regarding the settlement of bets are final, subject only to the Platform's internal dispute resolution procedure. Where a dispute relates to a live in-play event, rokokbet's review of available broadcast and statistical data shall be determinative.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rokokbet platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain any advantage over other players;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, matched betting using rokokbet bonus funds, or any systematic exploitation of promotions;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format;
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing account credentials with any other person;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information to rokokbet;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with any part of the rokokbet platform or its underlying software.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

Rokokbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity;
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion or a responsible gambling cooling-off period;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rokokbet support via live chat or email. Rokokbet will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be completed before the account is formally closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

The rokokbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rokokbet expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Rokokbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform; or (d) any system malfunction, data loss, or transmission failure.

In no event shall rokokbet's total aggregate liability to a Player for any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Responsible Gambling

Rokokbet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. We require that all players are aged 21 years or above and that all activity on the platform constitutes entertainment, not a primary income strategy or a response to financial or personal difficulties.

Rokokbet provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their maximum net loss per day, week, or month.
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Requests are processed by contacting rokokbet support and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rokokbet is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through rokokbet's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in rokokbet's licensing jurisdiction.

This Agreement does not constitute an offer to provide gaming services in any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of rokokbet complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence, including those applicable in Malaysia.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
